Guess who Ruby was for Halloween? Thomas as if there was another option.
After Trick or Treating Ruby ate a Reese Peanutbutter cup with one hand and a piece of pizza with the other. She did really really well going to houses.
Herbie and I hung and handed out candy.
Ruby is now 2.5 years old. To celebrate her half birthday she got hearing tested. CDH and ECMO kids gave a high chance of progressive hearing loss. So we get it checked every 6 months as her CHOP Team recommends. Ruby's hearing tested perfect.
Herbie turned 1 month old on Wednesday. He had check-up and looks great. He wasn't gaining weight but we're past that now. We are just trying to enjoy the experience of having a healthy newborn. Ruby was just coming off ECMO at this point. Having Herbie is making us very aware of just how much we missed with Ruby.

Granny got Ruby some Elmo and Thomas PJ's. Ruby insisted on wearing the Thomas and Elmo pants. She was very insistent about it.
