Ruby Hope McKee Starling

Tummy Time on Daddy. We have to trick  her into doing tummy time.  We've found that holding her and then slowly laying down on your back works.

So far Ruby is handling the diuretic wean.  She's only missed two doses.  We're watching her closely and hopefully things will be OK. 

I had a check-up this morning  with my OB. The SDU couldn't do a full  postpartum check-up on me.  I had to wait until we got home.  It was nice to be able to show her off to some of the people who have been following us from the day we got the diagnosis.  Also one of the midwives here in Austin is friends with one who I saw at CHOP and the other Doctor in the office trained with another CHOP midwife.  It really is a small world.
