Today is Ruby's 4 month birthday! She celebrated by getting her 4month vaccinations. Five shots and and one oral. Not fun. She handled it like the pro she is. We've given her a dose of tylenol to head off the fever problems she had with her two month vaccinations.
Her weight is now 10lbs 14.5 ounces, which we are all very happy about. It's an average of one ounce a day.
Ruby and Bobby took full advantage of a Sunday afternoon nap. The cats seem to really like Ruby. Both Ella and Bobby are very protective of her. Ella will hiss at us when we are replacing Ruby's NG tube. Ella doesn't like Ruby to cry at all.
It's been so hot here that we haven't been able to take Ruby out for walks. Last night after it rained it was finally cool enough for walk to our neighborhood swimming pool. Ruby loved watching the kids jump off the diving board. Hopefully before the pool closes Ruby can stick her toes in.
Maybe tomorrow we'll show some pictures of one of us putting her NG tube back in. She has pulled it out too many times to count in the past few days.
Hopefully we will have a quiet week. We don't have any Doctors appointments until September 3. Just speech therapy and growing until then.

I cannot believe it how well she looks, well done mummy and daddy! You know, Alina is almost 8 months old and weighs 14lbs, way to go Ruby! Hope to see you without your NG soon.

Happy Bday Ruby! Gabi just turned 3 months on Sunday! They are almost exactly a month a part...
In regards to her NG tube, Gabi tried to remove while in the hospital and one of the nurses used the white tape across her lips and it held well. Gabi never pulled it out! Just a suggestion! Take care, hope we get to talk soon!
